Week 27 starts off with the electrifying news that LES has dropped off our new padmount transformer, which will allow us to get rid of our overhead electric service drop. The transformer should be getting hooked up this coming week, so soon we’ll have all the new electric up and running:<\/p>\n

The electricians had the new fire escape doors open when I stopped by, so I got to try out the new platforms for the first time:<\/p>\n

Out front we’re replacing a couple broken sidewalk sections while we’re at it, we want the front of the house to present exactly what you’re getting – the best fraternity house on campus, period:<\/p>\n

In the kitchen and laundry rooms, the epoxy floors are going down, which should make keeping this kitchen clean a snap:<\/p>\n

The new heating and cooling systems are being finished up, and hopefully we’ll have some air conditioning shortly after that electric service is finished. Giving tours gets pretty warm up on third floor right now:<\/p>\n

Counter tops, sinks, and hand dryers are in up on third floor:<\/p>\n

Carpet and base were installed this week on third, making for a very completed look:<\/p>\n

As a bonus here’s a couple action shots of our electricians, JK Electric, burning extra hours on Saturday to get our project finished up:<\/p>\n
