125th Anniversary
We will be celebrating the 125th anniversary of the Alpha Tau chapter on November 1-2, 2013. This event is a celebration of Alpha Tau’s 125 years of excellence. All initiated Alpha Taus and their families are welcome – and encouraged – to attend. To make a reservation, please fill out our registration form.
Schedule of Events
Friday, November 1:
Noon – 4:00: House tours at the Chapter House (1515 R St)
4:00 – 4:30: Rededication in front of Chapter House
5:00 – 6:15: Social hour at Embassy Suites (1040 P St)
6:30 – 9:00: Dinner and program (attire: coats and ties)
Following the banquet Brother John “Gordy” Meldrum (AT 1035) will be rallying all the Betas for some singing time!
Parking for the rededication will be available from 3:00-5:30 in the University Lutheran Chapel lot directly southeast of the house. Parking for the dinner and program is available at the Que Place parking garage at 11th & Q streets.
Saturday, November 2:
11:00 – 2:30: Open house and tailgate (cash bar) at the Chapter House (1515 R St)
2:30: Nebraska v. Northwestern at Memorial Stadium (600 Stadium Dr)
Following the game on Saturday, brother Dan Wherry will be having a get together at his house and all alumni and guests are invited to attend. Food and beverages will be provided. It will begin at approximately 6:30pm. His address is 2465 Woodcrest Ave, Lincoln, NE 68502 (1 block north of 24th and Van Dorn).
Price
Price is $90 per person for alumni and guests, $45 per person for active chapter members. This includes all events/costs, excluding the football game tickets.

Game Tickets
We have a block of 100 tickets reserved for the Northwestern game. If interested, please indicate the number of tickets you would like reserved on your reservation form, and we will notify you by October 1st. Tickets are first come, first serve, so send your reservation form in soon.

Lodging
To assist you in arranging your own lodging, a list of Lincoln hotels and motels may be found at the Lincoln Convention and Visitors Bureau. We urge you to make your reservations now since it is a home game weekend.
Cancellations
Refunds for cancellations can only be made if the cancellation is received prior to October 1st.
