Phase II – Week 34

Week 34 is here, and we’re really getting down to the details before move-in. This last week was a lot of punchlist items. First up, the back lot is striped so you’ll know exactly how much your neighbor is infringing on your allocated parking spot:

With the PODs gone outside, our landscaping has kicked into high gear. There’s a new sprinkler system and we’ll have new grass and plantings soon:

Now that the PODs are empty, we’re starting to put things back up on the walls:

The wood coil doors are installed in the kitchen, and they’re beautiful:

Mattresses are in, though it’s a strict remove-your-own-plastic policy:

We have washers and dryers in the laundry rooms, and even shelves for detergent and supplies:

In a lot of the house we’re down to mounting bathroom fixtures and fire extinguishers:
