Phase II – Week 9

Big news for week nine is the installation of new windows. Almost all of the windows are installed, except for the windows facing the basketball court and those used for construction access:

With windows in, the next delivery was door frames, which will be going in as the walls are being framed:

Down in Erv’s apartment, the ceilings have been dropped and the bathroom has been gutted:

Up on second floor, framing is getting started:

And up on third floor, framing is done and they’re moving on to electrical and HVAC rough-ins:
