Week three begins with installation of electrical conduit in the back lot to provide new electrical service:

The old boiler system is also in process of begin removed, with liberal use of the cutting torch to create manageable pieces:

Inside, all the fixtures from the kitchen have been removed and stored temporarily in the dining room:
