Phase II – Week 5

Week five begins with more progress clearing out the basement space, as well as installing new plumbing in the floors for the mechanical spaces:

The laundry room, basement bathroom, and storage space have been completely removed with plumbing well under way for the new laundry room:

The wall between the bike room and the boiler room has been knocked down, as the bike room will become part of the new basement bathroom.  The new opening from the bathroom to the west addition has been started also:

Asbestos ceiling removal is finished in the chapter room:

On third floor, demo continues to progress towards a clean slate:
