Phase II – Week 6

Week six starts with the addition of a nice Cheever sign in the front yard – we’re proud of the work Cheever is doing on our beautiful chapter house, and hopefully all alumni are too:
In the kitchen, the dividing walls between the pantry, storage, and kitchenette areas have come down to make room for the new expanded kitchen:
The first floor men’s restroom has also been gutted:
In the basement, the wall separating the back stairs and the hallway has come down. You can see the new opening into the former boiler room on the left, and the opening into the former crawl space on the right:
In the pledge wing, removal of the non-asbestos ceilings in the individual rooms is under way:
In the old wing of the house, gutting of second floor is still well underway, though behind third floor:
Third floor is almost finished being cleared, with only remnants of the third floor bathroom and open air remaining:
