Phase II – Week 8
Week eight sees the end of demolition, and the beginning of reconstruction. In the kitchen and dining rooms, the final walls have been taken down to make way for the new layout, with new doors being cut in as needed:
We also got the first delivery of windows, which should begin going in soon:
Second floor received it’s own Gyp-crete pour after demolition was finished:
On third floor, framing and electrical pipe work has begun, so soon you’ll be able to get a sense of the spaces that are being created:
In the pledge wing, the pledge wing bathroom is no more and new door openings have been cut in:
