Phase I – Week 6

Sorry, no pictures from week five but week six brings plenty of changes. First up, the pad for the new transformer has been poured on the lot line between us and Theta Xi:

The new foundation wall has dried and the forms have been removed. The two new window wells have been formed up and poured:

The new flat roof is finished and looking great:

And on the first floor the new windows have begun going in, giving us an idea of how the new window color will look:
