Phase II – Week 12

Week 12 brings a bit of rain, but also more progress. Outside, demolition has begun on the existing basketball court and retaining wall:

The fire escape will be rotating and moving over to meet up with the new exit locations. The new footings are starting to be prepped and the new door frames are in also:

In the basement, part of the floor has been removed to smooth the transition out, and the new steel for the chapter room opening is being prepped:

Upstairs, the plumbers have moved onto the second floor bathroom:

In the pledge wing, the partition walls to split the rooms into sleeping/living spaces are being installed:

Finally, up on third floor the arrival of drywall means as soon as the fire sprinklers are roughed-in, the ceilings and walls will start taking shape:
