Phase II – Week 13

In week 13 of construction, the framers have moved down to the first floor and basement. In the kitchen, the new serving counter has been framed up, and walls are being furred out:

In the pledge wing, the rooms are finished being split into separate sleeping and living areas:

Up on second and third floors of the original structure, the mechanical contractors are installing new ductwork and water supply piping:

In the basement the framers are starting to fur out walls for the new spaces:

Out back, rebar is being prepped for the new fire stair footings as well as the new concrete retaining wall:
