Phase II – Week 19

The week 19 update starts off on the main level, where the wood floors in the living room have been patched. We aren’t refinishing all of the original wood floors, but specific high-traffic areas are being patched and brought back to life:

Up on third floor, the first of the floor tile is being laid in the restroom:

The electricians are also busy pulling wire. From the looks of those junction boxes, good luck figuring that out:

The fire sprinkler system is being piped into the water supply, which means the water and gas meters are also being replaced to reconfigure this mechanical room:

I found the gas meter just hanging out in the basement hallway, and the water meter lazing around in the dining room:

Up on the roof, we’re getting close to being able to start mounting equipment, including all the new air conditioner condensers and the rooftop air handlers for the kitchen:

Finally, down in the basement the final concrete has been formed and poured for the new basement bathroom:
