Phase II – Week 17

Week 17 may have brought some rough weather here in Lincoln, but that hasn’t slowed the masons down at all. They’re just about finished filling in the brickwork, and after a bit of weathering it’ll be hard to spot their work (which of course is the idea):

Up on third floor, the drywall is all up and the taping crew should be starting soon:

On second floor, insulating and drywalling is continuing:

Down on first floor, finish carpentry has begun on some of the new windows to make them blend in seamlessly with the beautiful old woodwork:

Down in the basement the plumbing is all in for the new bathroom, and the sand base means we should be seeing a new concrete floor soon:
