Phase II – Week 22

Week 22 brings significant changes outside, especially to the front of the house. The existing walkway and stairs have been removed, which means we’re using the back door until the new concrete is poured:

The basketball court is also being prepared for new concrete after additional earth is removed to bring the elevation down to be even with the side door:

Inside, the new kitchen hood has been hung and vented:

Wall tile has been finished in the laundry rooms on second and third floors:

Up on third, the windows have started to be trimmed out, with the solid-surface stools being fitted:

Also on third, the bathroom fixtures have arrived and are being installed:

On the rear of the house, a couple windows had been held back from being installed to move materials in and out, but those are now finished:
