Phase II – Week 24

It’s been pretty rainy here in Lincoln during week 24, so there won’t be a lot of progress outside. So let’s start this first picture with a quiz: what’s missing (besides the front steps)?

If you noticed the ugly black railing from the flat roof was gone, you’re correct! It’s thankfully down and headed for the scrap yard where it belongs:

Around back, the masons have been patching up the remaining holes in the exterior:

In the kitchen, the walk-in cooler and freezer have been installed:

Over in the formal living room, the ceiling detail is being recreated where we had to drop the ceiling for plumbing and mechanicals:

Down in the basement, the ceilings have finally been drywalled:

The pledge wing shower got its new curb and waterproofing installed, and is being readied for tile:

Up on third floor, the technicians have started terminating the cable TV and network jacks:

And up on the flat roof, the final connections are being made for the new air conditioners:
