Phase II – Week 25

We’ve had a couple clear days here in Lincoln, so we’ve got the forming in place for the new front walk and stairs:
We’re also adding a walk over to the east patio stairs, so they’ll be more accessible than previously:
Last year’s pledge class gift to the active chapter was a flagpole, and there’s a fresh hole in the front lawn with the base installed and ready for concrete:
The rest of the metalwork for modifying the fire stair has arrived, so the welders should be back at it as soon as it dries out:
Inside, fixtures have been set in the third floor bathroom, though currently there is no water, so they’re for display purposes only:
Sometimes it’s the little details that matter – like a shelf with an outlet for an iPod dock in the bathroom:
The electricians have been hard at work getting ready for the new service to be turned on. This Saturday they put in the extra hours to get all of the feeders pulled to each panel, and started buttoning panels up. This will be a far cry from constantly resetting circuit breakers in the old house:
