Phase II – Week 31

A special thanks to brother Drew Stange for taking care of the construction update pictures while I was out of town. Week 31 brings a lot of finished lighting as the electricians wrap up, starting with new outdoor fixtures by the front door:

Inside, the new lights in the dining room are up as is the lighting in the kitchenette:

In the kitchen, most of the equipment is either already installed or in the process of being installed:

We have new track lighting in the entryway to highlight the wall where our donor recognition board will be going. More on that in future updates, but remember that gifts of $2,500 or more will be recognized on a prominent display in the chapter house:

Down in the basement study areas, carpet is going in:

Finally out back we have a freshly painted backboard, a finished parking lot with curb stops, and even a bike rack tucked beneath the fire stairs:
